My first maintenance service. Drew was very helpful and informative. They replaced the gasoline cover lock mechanism which I forgot to tell them when I came in.for service.. Car wa Drew was very helpful and informative. They replaced the gasoline cover lock mechanism which I forgot to tell them when I came in.for service.. Car was washed and vacuumed. Happy customer. More

Indifferent service The cashier/receptionist was extremely friendly and efficient, however it was the opposite with the service staff. Upon making my appointment I specif The cashier/receptionist was extremely friendly and efficient, however it was the opposite with the service staff. Upon making my appointment I specified it was for routine 10k service and I had a detail and tank of gas voucher to use. At arrival I was told in an abrupt tone I should have scheduled the detail with the salesman, so they might not be able to do it. I wasn’t told this when calling for the appointment and the service rep said I can’t expect the appointment setters to know this. I stated I live an hour away and I would like ALL services completed at this visit. VW did arrange for the detail. After I left about 5 miles down the road I noticed the gas tank wasn’t filled. I returned to service and it was filled, but there wasn’t even a verbal apology for the inconvenience. More

Poor service again When I arrived to pick up my car (told it was ready) it wasn’t and lots of confusion. Took well over an hour and had to take a rental car. It’s the second poor service experience I’ve had at your dealership. Staff is nice and apologetic but a huge waste of my time. Also, the day after my service, my service light came on for new software updates - frustrating! Love my car but won’t purchase another Volvo due to service. More

Outstanding as always!! I love going to Gunther. People are friendly, professional and efficient ! I had to do an oil change and tire rotation. I had only and hour to do it I love going to Gunther. People are friendly, professional and efficient ! I had to do an oil change and tire rotation. I had only and hour to do it, They served me perfectly in the precise time. Bad overall service Dropped off my car 10/27 for a simple oil change. When picking up my car the battery was dead. It’s a XXc90 T8 but was not charged. A two hour wait Dropped off my car 10/27 for a simple oil change. When picking up my car the battery was dead. It’s a XXc90 T8 but was not charged. A two hour wait I received my car with a new battery however all of the setting in the car had to be redone. Two weeks later I am still getting calls from the dealership saying my car need it’s annual maintenance. More
