Gave us a loaner car"very important!" As we live in Fort Lau Dominick was our service advisor and he took good care of us considering that the service Department was understaffed the week we were there. Vehicl Dominick was our service advisor and he took good care of us considering that the service Department was understaffed the week we were there. Vehicle was returned clean and washed. Nice touch. It's a long drive for us from Fort Lauderdale so a loaner car is a must. I've had other luxury vehicles and it's something you expect especially when it's a warranty issue. More

Indifferent service The cashier/receptionist was extremely friendly and efficient, however it was the opposite with the service staff. Upon making my appointment I specif The cashier/receptionist was extremely friendly and efficient, however it was the opposite with the service staff. Upon making my appointment I specified it was for routine 10k service and I had a detail and tank of gas voucher to use. At arrival I was told in an abrupt tone I should have scheduled the detail with the salesman, so they might not be able to do it. I wasn’t told this when calling for the appointment and the service rep said I can’t expect the appointment setters to know this. I stated I live an hour away and I would like ALL services completed at this visit. VW did arrange for the detail. After I left about 5 miles down the road I noticed the gas tank wasn’t filled. I returned to service and it was filled, but there wasn’t even a verbal apology for the inconvenience. More
