Incredible Service My check engine light came on so I called to see if I could bring the car in to be looked at. I spoke with Dominick and he told me to come right in. H My check engine light came on so I called to see if I could bring the car in to be looked at. I spoke with Dominick and he told me to come right in. He told me on the phone it would be about an hour and a half to 2 hours. When I got there, they checked me in, took the car back, continued to update me along the way and just before the 2 hour mark, the car was finished. Dominick and the entire staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. He explained to me what was wrong and told me it was a good thing I brought it in. I just got the car in June so this is my first experience with the service department and I could not be happier with the entire process. More

Dominick Seems to be carrying the team he is always busy and on the go helping customers. Other than that it’s questionable. The service manager promised me a full tank of gas and because dominick could f and on the go helping customers. Other than that it’s questionable. The service manager promised me a full tank of gas and because dominick could find the email from the manager it was never given to me. I always have to call several time to get someone on the phone. I think theres communication issues and works should ready the complete notes when sent an email or schedule maintenance notes. This is the 2nd time i drove there and left without my xc90. My next car will not be from this dealer. Please service manager don’t contact me you can’t even pass a full tank of gas notes to your employees why would i waist my time with you again save your gas time on someone who doesn’t know how u run tour business More

Very unorganized. This is the second time I came in for servicing and had issues both times. The first time I came in just for regular maintenance, everything on the ca This is the second time I came in for servicing and had issues both times. The first time I came in just for regular maintenance, everything on the car was fine. When I picked it up, the check engine light was on and it said I had low tire pressure. I called Dominick back and was told the mechanics just forgot to reset it and was explained how to do it on the phone myself. Not a huge deal. Second time I come in, I drop my car off. I needed brakes, regular servicing, a quote for a very minor bumper issue, and the free wash. 6 hours later I pick my car up and nothing had been done except a wash I think. I knew the brakes were not going to be done till the weekend because they needed the car longer, but the next morning I was getting notifications to "take a break, maintenance overdue" I call Dominick back and ask if maintenance was even done or did I really leave my car there all day for a wash. Again, I was told mechanics forgot to reset it. Brought the car back for brakes and for the quote and to reset the maintenance needed issue. I got a loaner and was told my car would be done that day. It wasn't, but I didn't mind that as I was provided a loaner overnight. I pick up my car the next day, pay for the brakes, and ask for the quote. Dominick told me oh I will have to email it to you. Well that was over a week ago and I've never received that email, which is no surprise at all. I will say that everyone, including Dominick, was very friendly, but definitely not at all efficient. I've had much better service basically like anywhere, and will go to coconut creek for future issues even though it's further, just to avoid the hassle and mediocrity. Nothing was a MAJOR issue, but unorganized and inefficient. More
Drew in service department was amazing! Not only did he fix my car, but he kept it to investigate what caused the problem. He did it all under warranty. He renewed my faith in this dealership after being t fix my car, but he kept it to investigate what caused the problem. He did it all under warranty.
