Waited over 3 hours for my car I had a 8:30 appointment to service my Jetta for the once a year maintenance. A tech came right over to my car asking how they can help. I told him and then was told to wait in waiting room. I did not anticipate waiting over 3 hours for my car to be ready. The tech never came over to me to say my car was ready. He gave the paperwork to the cashier and she called my name to pay for new wiper blades (I knew they had to be changed). More

Incredible Service My check engine light came on so I called to see if I could bring the car in to be looked at. I spoke with Dominick and he told me to come right in. H My check engine light came on so I called to see if I could bring the car in to be looked at. I spoke with Dominick and he told me to come right in. He told me on the phone it would be about an hour and a half to 2 hours. When I got there, they checked me in, took the car back, continued to update me along the way and just before the 2 hour mark, the car was finished. Dominick and the entire staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. He explained to me what was wrong and told me it was a good thing I brought it in. I just got the car in June so this is my first experience with the service department and I could not be happier with the entire process. More

Dominick Seems to be carrying the team he is always busy and on the go helping customers. Other than that it’s questionable. The service manager promised me a full tank of gas and because dominick could f and on the go helping customers. Other than that it’s questionable. The service manager promised me a full tank of gas and because dominick could find the email from the manager it was never given to me. I always have to call several time to get someone on the phone. I think theres communication issues and works should ready the complete notes when sent an email or schedule maintenance notes. This is the 2nd time i drove there and left without my xc90. My next car will not be from this dealer. Please service manager don’t contact me you can’t even pass a full tank of gas notes to your employees why would i waist my time with you again save your gas time on someone who doesn’t know how u run tour business More
