Kaitlyn is great. She keeps me informed of the status of my car while I wait. She is a very pleasant person. What I don't like is having to pay 3% extra to use my cred She keeps me informed of the status of my car while I wait. She is a very pleasant person. What I don't like is having to pay 3% extra to use my credit card. For a dealer who charges $54 for a fuse that I can buy at an auto store for $4.50 it is an insult to nickle and dime the customs for using a credit card. Frank Cook More

I had a frustrating experience at Gunther Volvo Delray. I waited nearly two weeks for a loaner car and had to bring my car back twice because my check engine light wasn't fixed properly the first time. It I waited nearly two weeks for a loaner car and had to bring my car back twice because my check engine light wasn't fixed properly the first time. It turns out they didn't reset it correctly. Overall, the service was inefficient and inconvenient. My service advisor tried her best to remediate the situation, but it was nonetheless very frustrating More
