What should have been the easiest Internet sale ever, turned into the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. After agreeing on a sale price, I tried to wire the money from my bank and the salesman (Fernando) sabotaged both the wire transfer and the draft while trying to pressure me into financing through them. This was after I had to wait for him to get back from his day off. Finally, When I travelled 4 hours to pick up the car, none of the paperwork was correct and I just had to walk away. I can't believe they didn't even try to work out the deal and make this right. From the phone operator to the Sales Manager, Chris Fellows, they are all worthless. Call them before you go just to get a tiny taste of what you are about to expierience. More

Although my original salesman was no longer with the department, I had high hopes that his replacement would be able to fix me up with the right new car. Inventory was rather poor, but they did have one of what I was looking for. Everyone was friendly and always have been, yet they seem to have an issue keeping customers in the sales department. All other VW dealers that I have gone to were willing to bend over backwards to get the right price so that I would buy. The best offer from the sales department was a mere $300 off of the MSRP on a $27,000 car. When I asked for it to be reviewed again, Roshanda (the new sales lady) simply said "that's as good as it gets". Needless to say, I walked out and will not be walking back in. The deal was the same with Fields Mini in Orlando. It seems that the owner of these establishments is concerned not with customer retention, but with making the quick buck off of a new sale. Sorry, there are better options down the road. More
