While on a visit to Florida the AC in my car stopped working. I located Fields VW as the closest dealership. I was able to bring in the car late in the afternoon and left it overnight. Two hours after I dropped the car off Ryan Landry contacted me and described the issue and said the car would be repaired first thing in the morning. By 10 AM Ryan informed me the car was ready, cleaned and waiting out front for me. The repairs were done right first time, Ryan went over all the details with me and the car was unbelievably clean. I wish this dealership was in my home town. Had a nice cool ride home. Highly recommend this team. More

What should have been the easiest Internet sale ever, turned into the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. After agreeing on a sale price, I tried to wire the money from my bank and the salesma turned into the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. After agreeing on a sale price, I tried to wire the money from my bank and the salesman (Fernando) sabotaged both the wire transfer and the draft while trying to pressure me into financing through them. This was after I had to wait for him to get back from his day off. Finally, When I travelled 4 hours to pick up the car, none of the paperwork was correct and I just had to walk away. I can't believe they didn't even try to work out the deal and make this right. From the phone operator to the Sales Manager, Chris Fellows, they are all worthless. Call them before you go just to get a tiny taste of what you are about to expierience. More
