Excellent all around Had a TPMS warning light go off at night, so showed up in morning at the dealership with no appointment. They checked the light, checked the tires fo Had a TPMS warning light go off at night, so showed up in morning at the dealership with no appointment. They checked the light, checked the tires for nails and ran a history on the car to let me know there was an open recall. The service department topped off the tires, washed my car and had me on way in less than 45 minutes since I let them know I was in a bit of a hurry as I was from out of town and on my way to a meeting. To top it all off, as I was reaching for my wallet to pay the bill at the cashier’s desk, they let me know it was no charge. This was an exceptional experience with the service department. Everyone from the service adviser to the mechanic and the cashier were proffessional and courteous. I would highly recommend Gunther of Ft. Lauderdale. More

He wouldn’t accept my coupon and would not honor any promos. It was either $200+ for a bunch of crap or kick rocks in flip flops from him. I understand the requirement of upselling but not to the point of inconvenience. I will not be leasing anything from Gunther moving forward. They didn’t even have the general courtesy of cleaning the car which has been done on every visit except this one. You lost a customer short & long term. More
