We met Salesperson, Frank Cuka who we rate 5 of 5 stars. He was professional, gave good advice about the various models of vehicles. He was upfront about the costs and dealer fee and when we sat down to make the purchase, there were no surprises during the transaction. Actually, we were surprised to learn that our pre-owned certified car came with an additional 24 month/2 year VW warranty. Mr. Cuka, knowing this was going to be a surprise for our daughter, even got us a giant red bow to use. Even the finance person was professional, efficient with no surprise of hidden/last minute fees. We recommend Gunther Pre-owned, Mr. Cuka and the entire pre-owned staff. We had a 5 star experience.
