My review is about Julian Rama, A VW product Specialist in Pre-Owned at Gunther Motor Company in Fort Lauderdale. I had been shopping online for a used car and I had an exact amount I could spend. I had been without a car for quite a while so needless to say I was stressed. I looked at a few dealerships of cars that I had found but could not work out a price. Plus, I had to find someone to drive me there each time. One of the cars I really liked was the Volkswagen Tiguan. Most of them online were too expensive, but I came across one at Gunther that was reasonably priced. I called immediately, and Julian answered the phone. I told him about the car I was interested in, and my situation, and he said he could bring the car to me to look at!!! Yes, the next morning he brought the car to me and it was perfect. I loved everything about it. It was like an Angel brought me this beautiful hand-picked car! Julian was such a gentleman. He was soft spoken and very knowledgeable. Definitely NOT your “used car salesman” mold you hear about. My 2 teen daughters came out of the house and were so excited about the car. They LOVED it, too. So, basically, he was dealing with 3 crazy females! Julian told me that the car was going to go through a Certification Inspection for 2 days and I asked if they could hold the car for me. They did. The great news about the inspection is that I ended up getting 4 new tires, new brakes and an oil change. I felt like Julian was doing everything he could do to make this the best deal possible He is also VERY patient. I must have asked him 100 questions about the car, the financing, etc... So last Tuesday, I showed up at the dealership to purchase my car. He had my sparkling clean car waiting for me up on the platform and a smile! The whole experience with working with Julian is that he treated me like I was buying a Rolls Royce! Anyone I know looking for a car to purchase, I will give them Julian’s number. My whole experience at Gunther was excellent and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.Great More
