Truthfully, had it not been for him, I know once my cars' warranty expired I would have not serviced my car at a dealership due to higher prices, HOWEVER, knowing I'm receiving an honest diagnoses and confidant in the repair(s) / maintenance(s) I'm a repeat customer. Canadian car needed repair My windshield was badly damaged after a rock hit it driving down to Florida from Canada. It was repaired within 2 days.
