The reservation was for 11:00am due to the heavy rain and driving 37 miles from Miami I got the 7 minets late and with my name on the board the guys that received my car was kept asking me do you have a reservation and like 4 times that he asked me I answered yes please look at.the bioard when he understood that put my name on the board and told me to sit down inside, which I did 50 minutes lates I had to go outside because they never called me a guy named Alex was continuesly swing me there and skip me he only was taking the ladies that he liked besides that I still was asking the guy why I had to wait so long with no answer after all that I decided to talked to sales OMG was even worse they said we do it know please see the service manager like iit was a different company , after a hold hour a guy named Jaime talked to me and is not because he came to find me, was because I went over my car to talk to him because he was taking my car without doing that after that he took my information and 1 hour later my car came after service and another hustle I have to go again and talk to him to get all paperwork ready. The worst service aventure I have ever had. It to mention the lady that get the final invoice didn’t even say hi how was the service, not even lol at my face. Please I will not never go back to this place and I will not recommend this place to any one not even to buy a car. Good lucky More
