Second time in and they can’t diagnose the problem This is the second time in for a faulty locking problem. The service guy saw the problem and checked me in (if it was working, he wouldn’t have even c This is the second time in for a faulty locking problem. The service guy saw the problem and checked me in (if it was working, he wouldn’t have even checked the vehicle in). I wait in the waiting room and he comes back about an hour later and says, I’m really sorry about the news (he was really nice) but the service technician cannot find a problem and there are no error codes. So we can’t fix it. I told him this was the second time I have brought it in and everyday it is a problem. He said he understood but couldn’t do anything about it. So I sat there at my computer (because I don’t have time to go back to the dealership AGAIN) and did an online chat with the VW headquarters who is now escalating a case #181041052. Hopefully they can find a dealership that will LOOK for the problem. More
