Instead, you get friendly people who don't try to "push" anything on you. They're helpful. They listen. They're accommodating. That was my experience with Julian at Gunther. The car was priced well below KBB and in super clean condition. At no point did he try to "upsell" me or try to get me to spend more money on something I didn't want. And even after the deal was done, he continued to be helpful. Next time I need a car, for sure I'm going to Julian at Gunther. More

They checked the light, checked the tires for nails and ran a history on the car to let me know there was an open recall. The service department topped off the tires, washed my car and had me on way in less than 45 minutes since I let them know I was in a bit of a hurry as I was from out of town and on my way to a meeting. To top it all off, as I was reaching for my wallet to pay the bill at the cashier’s desk, they let me know it was no charge. This was an exceptional experience with the service department. Everyone from the service adviser to the mechanic and the cashier were proffessional and courteous. I would highly recommend Gunther of Ft. Lauderdale. More
