Slow questionable Warranty Program A expensive (all inclusive) Platinum extended warranty program was sold to me when the car was purchased. The water pump failed and I took the car in for repairs on a Thursday. Car was only returned to me on the following Tuesday (six days). The delay allegedly was due to the fact that the warranty company (very strongly supported by Gunther and finance individual who pushed hard for the sale of the warranty package) apparently does not trust Gunther, and have to send an agent out (three day process) to verify the claim. So really, what should have been a one to two day job, ended up being six. A major inconvenience. The replacement was done apparently correctly so I do not have an issue with the actual work. More

Disappointed Alessandro, the serviceman, was great! Very professional & kept me in the loop; however, I was very disappointed in the fact that you guys had the car Alessandro, the serviceman, was great! Very professional & kept me in the loop; however, I was very disappointed in the fact that you guys had the car for about a month due to a part being on back order & you didn't have a loaner to give to me, but instead offered a rental which I could not afford at the time. This was very inconvenient & this was the first time dealing w/ a dealership who had my car for so long & being told a loaner was not available! To me that is totally unacceptable! More
