I don't like to be rushed into purchasing a car and usually have a lot of questions and will return to the dealer various times and probably change my mind. I also like to have everything in writing and clear and know my options. All I could say is that every time I go there I get that special service and they have a lot of patience and know how to take care of their customers. Jodi took care of me this time for my 3rd Mazda CX5 she was fantastic and always available for any questions and to show me all options regarding inventory, features and financing. Incredible attention to detail and servicing. Awesome experience. I am a very satisfied customer. Also wanted to add that a dealer without a great service center will not have repeat customers. Their servicing center which is managed by Mike and my service representative Terri are just amazing and so attentive to detail and responsive regarding maintenance issues and recommendations. I tried to get him on the phone, but the sal was through and he could care less about the burden put on me. Gerald will lie without a problem to get his sale. Forget about the thing below, they are true, but it’s not how you start, but how you end and I can with easily say he is an untrustworthy person. a month ago to look at the 2018 and Gerald aka “G” greeted me at the door. Without any hassle I was shown a CX-9, I wasn’t buying that day, but still I was given a lot of information typically dealers make you wait hours for. Today, I came in decided to buy with a tight budget and G and the team made it happen for me. Now, my girlfriend will probably change her car here and hopefully I can bring them more clients. Highly recommend it, specially how cordial they all are. More
