Will Never Return I brought my car in for service this past Saturday and had an awful experience. The person assigned to me was snotty and rude. Instead of calling me t I brought my car in for service this past Saturday and had an awful experience. The person assigned to me was snotty and rude. Instead of calling me to ask me if I wanted the issues they found fixed, they wrote that I declined when they never even called me! I won’t ever go back there. Horrible. I emailed the general manager. Several hours after that, I received an email from that awful person thanking me for my feedback! No apology! Forget about customer service-what about being a decent human being and treating people with kindness-or at least neutrality. Just awful. More

Amazing experience I have never leased a vehicle before and I must say they made my experience top notch. My salesman (Oshe) was phenomenal but what sealed the deal was I have never leased a vehicle before and I must say they made my experience top notch. My salesman (Oshe) was phenomenal but what sealed the deal was the general manger (Ozzie) coming in to discuss every single one of my concerns. But before we spoke abt business he made it a point to build a rapport with me first. He made me feel like family before anything else. He worked with me. Gave me everything I needed and wanted. And believe me, I’m not easy to please. I’m very conscious of how/where I choose to spend my money. I do lots of research first. Gunther did not disappoint. I would recommend over and over again. Side note: I was 8 months pregnant when I leased my vehicle. These guys felt so much like family I made it a point to send my little guys picture to introduce them after he was born. They were so interested in our well being. Superb dealership. More
