Pleasant experience All in all , our salesman Oshe and his sales manager where very friendly and helpful, but I do have one complaint. I clearly stated that I had a car to trade in and that money was still owed and after I signed lease, I found out that the payout had not been made on car and I had to make a higher payment, when this was not my mistake. I am very happy with my Mazda 3 and I would not change that but I wish the payment would have stayed the same since it was not my fault. More

I usually go into a dealership expecting the worst, but I was treated with respect and not patronized like some dealers do when a woman walks in alone to make a deal. I got a great deal and walked out happy. I came here though I have another Mazda dealer closer to my home in Miami Lakes. Worth the drive! More
