Terrible time trying to take care of an issue A piece of the roof needed repair. Had to come in for an “inspection “. That took approximately 1.5 hrs. They had to order a part and would call me the following Tuesday. By Wednesday, no call. I called. And made the appointment. They said it would be with Service. I questioned it as I had been told that the body shop needed to do the repair. No...Service. A week or so later I show for my Service appointment. I’m told NO, the Body shop would have to take care of it. So I need to call on Monday as they are only open during the week ...,and from there the foibles continued. Lack of call backs, confusion, etc. I wasted so Much of my time...all because of a defective part. More

As part of a model year-end sales event, she sent me some very compelling prices to lease a 2019 Mazda CX-9. We met, I added a few features that my dear wife wanted on the car, and that negotiation was very quick and simple. The pricing was transparent and no salesman / manager tag-teaming charade. The closing process was fast and well organized though I did have to turn down tire / road hazard warranties, paint clear coats, service plans, etc. The vehicle was on premises, it was nicely prepped / "delivered" and I left with it shortly thereafter. This is why car salesmen have a bad reputation and these guys kept that bad reputation alive and well. More
