As is the usual story, I had been to countless dealerships and was a few signatures away from buying a Sorento at another dealer. That dealership told me one thing to my face and put another on p dealerships and was a few signatures away from buying a Sorento at another dealer. That dealership told me one thing to my face and put another on paper. Truly at my breaking point, my brother recommended we stop in at Gunther Kia and speak to Josh, whom he had met before. Josh sold me my car that night. He is by far the best car salesman I have EVER dealt with and just an all around nice guy. He was never pushy or deceitful. Josh was honest from the get go and definitely knowledgeable about the vehicles. They had to bring my car from another dealership and put in leather seats so I did not drive away with it that night. However, Josh got me a loaner car, and met me to deliver my new car a few days later. We realized there was an error in the tire size after the delivery and Josh met me again with a loaner and got the issue resolved immediately. He never wanted the experience to be an inconvenience to me and offered to drive over an hour north to my work to make the deliveries. Again, can't say enough great things...thanks again for making the experience painless (once I got to Gunther)! Tania D. More
it was a haggle free experience. i hadnt purchased a car in quite some time so i went in prepared to walk away. That wasnt the case at all. Walked away with a smile and a new car. Have a different view on auto dealerships now since i always thought that it was like walking into a dentist office. ready for the worst l.o.l. it was the complete opposite and would highly recommend the dealership to any new car buyer More

I was used to being put through the ringer, (gee I'm a woman) lied to and totally misled only to end up going back and forth for hours if not days, trying to make my final decision based on constant package and monitary change to get my business. I don't think I can ever beat the experience I had with Josh. Honest from the get to, patient and very kind. That was it for me. Josh was great. I first contacted him on the web site for information and a quote on a Kia Soul. He got back to me quickly and asked me exactly what I was looking for and responded quickly to that email for information and a quote on a Kia Soul. He got back to me quickly and asked me exactly what I was looking for and responded quickly to that email. Josh answered all of my questions and gave me the choices that were available. It looked like the Soul was not going to be my choice but he was not pushy which would have turned me off right away. He thanked me for my interest and encourged me to contact if I had other questions. I then inquired about the Sportage and again Josh answered my emails quickly and again gave me options to the questions I had. Then I made arrangements to look at the vehicles & test drive them. Josh was again not pushy but was able to answer any questions I had and is very knowledgable about the product he is selling. The test drive was great Josh pointed out things I did not think to ask about. I ended up really liking the Soul and decided to buy it. Josh is a very personable and bright young man and made the whole process very comfotable and unstressful which I really appreciate. More
Absolutely incredible experience. Dealt with several dealers during my search, some were very helpful and some not so much. Josh Clinton, the internet sales manager, seemed to know everything about the dealers during my search, some were very helpful and some not so much. Josh Clinton, the internet sales manager, seemed to know everything about the car and offered the most aggressive price. I came in, the vehicle and paperwork was already prepared for me. Josh virtually helped me from start to finish. I also met the general sales manager, Devin, who was kind and extended help with anything I may need in the future from Gunther. In the finance office, James Proul was absolutely excellent and explained each document with great detail so I understood everything entirely. Overall, by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. More
