We wanted to lease a kia sorrento for less than our current lease in a Lexus. We gave them all our financing information and the came back with same exact payment as our current lease which is ridicul current lease in a Lexus. We said we were looking to save some money off our current payment but the Hermiss said this first offer by the sales manager was the lowest they could go and he let us walk out. Really $490 monthly lease payment for a Kia and the sales manager wouldn't even take the time to provide another offer. He didn't even come out to talk to us about going a little lower. Remarkable! The General Manager called me the next day to discuss my experience. He explained that lease terms are not as favorable as they were when I originally leased my Lexus. Overall this dealership is very professional, not pushy, courteous and I appreciated the follow up. However I find it really hard to believe they couldn't provide additional options or have any flexibility in their leasing terms. My opinion is if you are going to buy a car from them without the need for a trade-in and is very straight foward they would be a good dealership to work with. On the other hand they really don't have any creativity in trade-ins and leasing terms to make a deal work. We were less than $100 p/month away from a deal based on their first offer and couldn't find a way or even try to get any closer. More

From the time we pulled into the dealership to the time we drove off the lot with our new Kia, I never felt pressured into buying anything. I told them the price I wanted to pay and that I wanted a new car with low gas mileage, and they pointed me to some different choices, but allowed me to decide what I wanted. The salesman not only answered all my questions in a respectful and helpful manner, he went through all the features of the car and how to work them, which I feel was very helpful. This was by far the best experience I have ever had in buying a car, and I have bought many. I am one satified customer. More
Just purchased a Kia Forte EX. Had visited another Kia dealership in West Palm Beach and did not feel very comfortable with the process. I was referred to Gunther Kia dealership by an employee - John Adam dealership in West Palm Beach and did not feel very comfortable with the process. I was referred to Gunther Kia dealership by an employee - John Adams, who told me I would get a great price on a car of my choice. I took John's advice and contacted Gunther Kia. I am very pleased with all aspects of the transaction. The salesman was Mark Weiner and he was a total professional. He took the time to go over all the different features of each model and the price difference, and let me test drive an Optima first, which was a great car, but a little out of my price range. He then let me test drive a Forte EX, and it was a great ride with a great price, well within my budget. Mark Weiner is an extremely knowledgeable and professional salesman and it was a pleasure to work with him. The car is great, the color is great, the ride is great and the salesman was great. What else can you ask for when buying a car. My family loves the car, I'm happy and I have a new car for work and family stuff. Very roomy inside with great power and pickup, love the features and extras and it rides great. I am confident that our next car will be from this dealership and I am totally satisfied with the deal. Oh yea, the fiance department was also a good experience, the finance person took the time to go over everything and answered all my questions satisfactory. During the buying process, the General Manager Devin took the time to personally greet me, answer any questions I may have had and reassured me that his staff would take care of my buying needs. Thank you Mark and Devin, I feel like I got a great car at a great price and I am satisfied with my entire buying process. I have already recommended Mark Weiner and Gunther Kia to several of my friends and will continue to do so. Thanks again Gunther Kia! More

I knew what I wanted to buy, I only needed a dealer to find it and give me a great price. Josh scoured the state and brought me a list of cars that filled my needs. My other experiences with dealers in Florida were all about killing my time, chatting about the weather, grandchildren, etc. Gunther Kia was a 3 hour drive from my home and it was worth the time. We got the whole rundown on the car and all the attention we needed, and then we were out of there. No B.S., no surprises, no extras. More

Dear Kia corporation: I already made up in my mind Dear Kia corporation: I already made up in my mind that my next investment was going to be a kia. debating on which car to invest between the so Dear Kia corporation: I already made up in my mind that my next investment was going to be a kia. debating on which car to invest between the soul and the sportage boils down to a test drive. i went to a prior kia dealer in south florida and was very disappointed in the service betwwen the salesman and his manager on how they take care of their customers. they were not personable and it felt like being treated like a number. so i went on a recommendation by a friend who just purchased a kia from Gunther kia in fort lauderdale and his friend and his friend and so on and so on. which brings it down to the CUSTOMER SERVIVE CARE SALESMAN OF "MARK WEINER"! !!!!!HOMERUN!!!!! My partner and i walked in and asked for Mark and he greeted us with such dignity and respect. thank god the reputation of great customer service still exist in these days. from the minute i met mark, i knew off the bat i was sold! we sat down and talked and mark asked the questions to help me decide which car is best recommended. he also asked the why questions which is far more important to me. which means mark really cares about me in the decision that i'm about to make. keep in mind this is an investment that's going to last me for a long time.we took a test drive on a sportage, then we went to the candy store to see what was there to offer. he explained all the models and there features step by step and in sitting down at his desk we resulted in the car that best fits me and my lifestyle. within my one and only visit, i got the car i really wanted from the day i saw it on the road driven by someone who also owns a sportage. I was sold on the sportage hands down.. it's the salesperson that makes the difference in the eye of the customers satisfaction. Mark Weiner sold me very well and i could not be more happier. it was a wonderful sales experience and to have that satisfation from that experience, i couldn't be more proud of my Kia Sportage.
