We negotiated a little and came up to a number we both agreed upon. Cody was very friendly and answered all of our questions. He showed us all the gadgets on the car and made us comfortable while waiting for the financing. Overall, it was an awesome experience! My husband stated that he will go back to this dealership for "his" future Kia Sportage! More

I have been dealing with Gunther (VW) dealerships since 2001, so it was an easy choice to walk into this Kia site. Cody was friendly,personable,knowledgable and all around great. Management and financing were kind and in no way pushy. I was surprised to leave with a new car....and I had many belongings in mine...Cody spent 45mins with me transferring my "stuff" and even folded items...attention to detail that was greatly appreciated! Hard to believe he is new to sales, he is a rising star.... I have already given his card to a neighbor who admired my new Soul! More

We stopped by Gunther Kia to trade our old Kia. When we first bought that old Kia, we had a bad experience within a different dealership and were anxious to try something new. Our salesperson(and a fellow Brazilian!) was very understanding of our situation and skepticism, and he really worked with us on crafting a deal we could afford and be satisfied with. With that being said, the GM and the rest of the team there were just as helpful and courteous. We would definitely recommend them to a friend. To prospective buyers, be sure to do your own research beforehand. That way, when you go in knowing what you should expect, it also allows for an easier experience for both the buyer and the sales people. We were very honest to each other, and being up front about everything was probably what made it as good of an experience buying as it was. Thanks! Loving our new Kia Forte :D More

I worked very close with Jason and Albert on the purchase of my new vehicle and I was very impressed. The buying experience was the most pleasant in all my car buying experiences. I went to 3 other Kia Deale of my new vehicle and I was very impressed. The buying experience was the most pleasant in all my car buying experiences. I went to 3 other Kia Dealers prior to arriving at Gunther and none of them had the exact car or would work with me to over come the Kia wide problem of "shortage of inventory". With the approval of Albert, I got the car I wanted at a fair price. One thing I noticed was the will to work with the customer to make him happy. One thing I saw at the other dealers, but not at Gunther was the moving around of figures to try and hide costs. Jason was straight forward and didn't try to pull one over on me ( I am well versed at dealer tactic to hide costs). I am grateful to have purchased at Gunther. More
Joshua Clinton and the General Manager are arrogant. They tell you that in business school they learned that they don't have to sell there cars for a dollar less than list price, because supply and demand di tell you that in business school they learned that they don't have to sell there cars for a dollar less than list price, because supply and demand dictates the price, and if you don't like it you can go elsewhere. So if you want a car in a certain color and with certain options be prepared to pay full price and not a dollar less from this dealership. They won't even tell you face to face, or over the phone. They hide behind emails. They brag that they have the lowest dealer cost of anyone. Sure, why not, they make it up by charging full price for the cars they sell. So you actually end up paying more at Gunther than anywhere else. If you like dealing with phony arrogant people than this is the dealership for you. More
I went to Gunther Kia to look at the Optimas. Patrick was very knowledgable about not only the Kia models, but those of other manufacturers and was able to provide an honest assessment. He researched not only his inventory, but inventory at other dealers for the Optima with the options we wanted. He followed up on my requests and returned my phone calls. We ultimately settled on the pearl white SX model. When it came time to negotiating on the lease, he dealt with us honestly with no gamesmanship. When the sale was completed he went over the various technological components of the car (which there are many). He provided a great experience, and I would recommend him highly. More
