The service department is very slow. Took my car in and made the mistake of waiting. Had a 10:30 appointment and left at 2:00. It takes 20 minutes to change oil, rotate tires and inspect the car. First I'd like to start by mentioning that my husband and I walked into Gunther Kia at 5 minutes passed 5pm. So, I decided to explore the opportunity myself and was completely blown away! In my 20 years of car buying experiences, this was the first time I NEVER had to deal with pressure from the sales rep, the sales manager, and the finance manager. Additionally, it was the quickest car buying experience I've had as well. I walked into the dealership and drove home with the car in less than 3 hours! THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO GAMES, NO SCHEMES AND NO BATE AND SWITCH TACTICS! I would highly recommend seeing Cody and / or Josh if you're in the market for any Kia as I plan on purchasing additional cars in the future with them. More
