Jason was extremely helpful and very friendly! He knew I had a very strict budget and worked diligently to get me as close to it as possible. I had the worst experience here at Gunther. To start, the car sales person lied to me and wouldn't call me back or respond to my e-mail. I was told by another sales rep from Gunther that no one will do anyth car sales person lied to me and wouldn't call me back or respond to my e-mail. I was told by another sales rep from Gunther that no one will do anything because I bought a Kia from a Mazda sales rep. I was shocked to hear that cause I bought a car from Gunther Kia and the Mazda sales person works for Gunther Mazda. You would think Gunther would do something about this. I guess not cause I still have not received an apology for my mistreatment from anyone at this company. Instead the one person that told me that nothing could be done also stopped communicating with me. I guess they got their sale and that is all they care about or that is how it seems. The sad part is that I was recommended by someone who has purchased many cars from VW Gunther and unfortunately this person saw a side of Gunther that was never expected and was very displeased. This person was also mistreated within this experience not only by the sales rep I worked with but also the manager and he too never received an apology from the people that insulted him or the company. To add on to the insult of my experience, the financing department failed to mention that they were changing the paper work despite what we discussed. Unfortunately the paper work was signed, this was a bad decision on my part for trusting that things were handled as agreed, so if you buy a car from here be careful. Read everything and if you are buying a Kia buy it from the Kia sales person. If you are buying a Mazda buy it from the Mazda sales person, etc. However I don't believe that another employee can't be reprimanded for the mistreatment of a customer that is under the same company. I'm still yet to get an apology for the aggravation from this whole experience. I guess I am expecting too much from such a big company like this. I will never buy a car from Gunther or give them any more business. Horrible experience and terrible customer service. More

The GREATEST experience I have ever had when purchasing an automobile, new or used!!!! Even when I took my car in for the first service it was a phenominal experience. I went to Gunther Kia for a diagnostics and paid $100. Told Bill my Sedona has a bad hesitation when I press on the gas, he said I need a completel diagnostic. I went to another mechanic for a second opinion, left my car there for 6 days and never got an answer so I took my car back. So I went home and researched my problem (hesitation )on google and an answer popped up to check my intake hose, if it has a crack that could be my problem,so I researched where this hose would be under my hood and found it to be right on the very top of my engine so I examined it an found 2 BIG gaping holes in it, it took me 5 seconds to find it,( you would have to be completely blind not to see it) I duct taped it until I could get it replaced and my hesitation is gone and my car purrs like a kitten. KIA never put the hose in their report as needed. So if I let these morons fix everything on their report and spent $1900.00 it still would not have fixed the problem that I originally went it for. What is wrong with people. Are they really mechanics. NOT a happy person right now....OH and by the way I can change the hose myself, very easy. More
The customer service was exceptional, and efficient . I didn't think it could of been any easier any more professional and friendly . I felt after a few minutes like I was family not just someone that they didn't think it could of been any easier any more professional and friendly . I was overly excited by the courtesy and friendliness. I would truly recommend and continue business with this dealership mainly because of the employees at this location to include my thoughts as we'll with the general sales management. More
