We almost made the mistake of leasing from another dealer, but ended right back at Gunther and couldn't be more pleased. Orlando in Service always has a welcoming smile. He always goes above and beyond to make sure service and repairs are completed timely and to our satisfaction. He's been handling my repairs and vehicle service for years now. Gunther is a place that makes you feel like you are part of the family! After a recent issue with my sunroof, Neil saw me waiting on repairs; he didn't just walk by you as though I was a number, he stopped asked how I was doing and even checked with service to check on the repair. I came in at 6:00 PM Friday night and drove out around 9:30 PM in my new Optima Hybrid and my payment was only $10.00 more than I had scheduled..Apart from that it was a pleasure to have Cody Clinton take care of my new car purchase.He was relaxed and competent and was a deal maker, got me the car I wanted at the price I could afford.
