I interacted with four employees during my truck inspection and repair visit: the service manager, the repair specialist/advisor Ms Mullins who does all his heavy lifting, the receptionist and the inspection and repair visit: the service manager, the repair specialist/advisor Ms Mullins who does all his heavy lifting, the receptionist and the cashier. All four were professional, efficient, informative and easy to deal with. Ms Mullins was more competent than any service person I have dealt with in a half century of Chevrolet ownership. Although she was unable to see me depart whistling and skipping after paying my $4200 bill, she did leave me convinced that I got my monies worth and had not been hung up by my heels and shaken to empty my pockets. You don't want to lose her services. All in all, it was a good visit. More
