She handled the situation very well. I got an appointment I got my vehicle in they addressed my issues right away. When I (a lady alone) came up last Nov to check out a Suburban, I was treated seriously and with respect. I got the info, took it back home to my husband. He couldn’t believe what a great deal I was going to get on my trade in Tahoe ( also purchased there). He came back with me and we ordered an 8 seat (5 grandchildren) 2022 suburban which arrived in Late January of this year. We love it and will keep it a long time using your business for excellent service as always! We don’t drive it everyday and got the 1st oil change recently and the recall to repair/ replace was not necessary for our car! I have serious back and arthritis issues and it is very comfortable when we drive 10-12 hours to get to our son, his wife and our 4 much loved grandchildren! Keep up the great work! More
