I was very pleased with the service I received at Guntersville Chevrolet for two different appointments for two different trucks. First, I have to say that it has been many years since I had one of Guntersville Chevrolet for two different appointments for two different trucks. First, I have to say that it has been many years since I had one of our trucks at a dealer for service. I was not impressed with the service department at the previous dealership in Guntersville (Bob Hembry); in addition, I had an untrustworthy experience there. In late 2020 / early 2021, we had an issue with our 2012 Silverado 2500, and it was taken to the new Guntersville Chevrolet. It was the customer service of the service department that won me over on giving this dealership a chance to prove their quality and delivery of promises. Kudos to Fred! He assured me that our custom trucks would be serviced with care. He was correct! I had an excellent experience at both appointments. Both trucks were well cared for and came back with no damage to the wheels and no grease or grime on the interiors. This is a huge deal to me, as I’m sure it is to anyone who takes pride in their ride. The appointments were done on time and in a short amount of time. In addition, the parts counter was very polite and professional in answering my questions and helping find products. I highly recommend giving Guntersville Chevrolet a try. You’ll be a repeat customer. More

Jake Crone was amazing. He’s a very young salesman but was very attentive to answer any questions I had. I know I drove him crazy but I’m driving a new 2022 Silverado Z71 and I couldn’t be more pleased!!! was very attentive to answer any questions I had.
