Service is okay, but I think the service managers saw my wife and said let’s add up a bill. Need tires at 20000 miles is ridiculous on a Chevy vehicle. Replacement of car keys I had to replace both of my car keys for my 2015 Impala, I am not sure why they do not last longer than a few years. My experience with parts dept was I had to replace both of my car keys for my 2015 Impala, I am not sure why they do not last longer than a few years. My experience with parts dept was OK. I ordered my keys and paid for them. The person I talked to just said your keys will be in Thurs or Friday. I had to ask about having the keys programmed. When I was called on Monday to say they here, I still had to ask about programming the keys. I was transferred to service to setup an appointment. When complete then I was charged more money for programming. The parts dept needs to tell you about the programming and an extra charge for programming. or refer you to service to explain the process. Some people do know to ask those questions. They would have pickup the keys and tried to use them. A little more customer service would not hurt. More

First off the staff is very friendly but if you want to wait forever to get your oil changed then this is your place there was 2 people ahead of me when I got there and an 1 hour 15 min later there was sti wait forever to get your oil changed then this is your place there was 2 people ahead of me when I got there and an 1 hour 15 min later there was still 2 people in front of me of all the times I’ve gotten my oil changed there very rarely is it not at least 2 hours later before they are done More

During the Covid-19 scare, Saturday service was done by internet scheduling only. Missed that fact and made the drive without a thought. Service writer, after short discussion, worked me in without any issues and little wait time. That won't happen often in this day and time. They were very obliging. More
