We were not pressured or left waiting for hours on hours for answers to our questions. John Alvarez was quick at responding to any questions we had about the vehicle. Moe the director explained the whole process and even let us try it out for the weekend to see if it was the right fit for our needs. The vehicle was a used suv and did have a slight crack in the moon roof Moe and team were quick to take care of it for us. Finance did not pressure us at all and was informative on all the add ons ect. He gave us many options. The car buying experience was great and I definitely recommend seeing Moe and John and Gunn Nissan. More
