I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Gunn Nissan, and I feel I need to share my ordeal to warn others about their incompetence and lack of concern for their customers' well-being. I purchased a 2020 Armada from Gunn Nissan, and soon after, I started experiencing alignment issues that were causing my tires to wear out prematurely from the inside. Hoping to rectify the problem, I bought a new set of tires and took my vehicle back to Gunn Nissan, where they assured me that they had fixed the alignment issue. However, it quickly became apparent that the problem persisted, as my tires continued to deteriorate. Upon returning to Gunn Nissan yet again, they informed me that the rear airbags needed replacement, a repair that would cost a staggering $3,000. Skeptical but simply wanting to resolve the issue, I agreed to the repair. To my dismay, the problem persisted, and I found myself back at Gunn Nissan once more, where they now claimed that the front shocks needed replacing. With each visit, the expenses mounted, and the resolution seemed further out of reach. After what felt like an endless cycle of repairs and expenses, the alignment was finally redone, but again it was done incorrectly, the steering wheel remained misaligned. Despite their assurances, it became abundantly clear that Gunn Nissan's technicians lacked the expertise to diagnose and rectify the issue effectively. To add insult to injury, less than a month later, the rear suspension of my truck broke down entirely, rendering it unable to lift the car. Gunn Nissan's diagnosis? A faulty compressor, which they conveniently priced at $1,200. It's evident that their so-called repairs only exacerbate the problem, leaving customers with hefty bills and unresolved issues. In total, I have spent thousands of dollars at Gunn Nissan, only to be met with incompetence, indifference, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Their lack of accountability and apparent inability to properly address issues make them wholly unfit to serve the needs of their customers. I strongly advise against patronizing Gunn Nissan dealership. Their incompetence and disregard for customer concerns make them a liability rather than a reliable service provider. Save yourself the headache and seek assistance elsewhere. More
Gunn Nissan has always provided great customer service. I appreciate Adrian’s help. I’ve been going there since they were at 281 and Bitters and then moved to 410 and Broadway.
