Derrick (salesman) was very knowledgeable, patient, I was very satisfied with my experience at this Nissan, and the salesman that helped me was great. Derrick (salesman) was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. I also did not feel pressured or rushed. I am so glad I chose to go to this Nissan because I was successful in finding a car. So I spoke to Anthony Garcia the manager who was ver rude and mean to us , very disrespectful he wanted for us to trade the 2013 for a 2014 . So we said no and ended up calling Nisan directly and we file under lemon law . But Mr Tijerina never help us . More

Lowball trade in offers We have purchased from Gunn Nissan in the past and have had good experiences with the sales department as well as the service department. This time t We have purchased from Gunn Nissan in the past and have had good experiences with the sales department as well as the service department. This time things were going fine until we started the trade in portion of the sale. I did expect a lowball initial offer because that's what car dealers do and I understand the process. First they wanted to know if I owed anything on the car and how much I owed before they would give me their offer. Then their offer was 25% below KBB and what other dealerships had offered. When I pointed this out they said it had no extras other than navigation and premium wheels. I asked the sales manager if anyone had looked at my car. He said he did himself, I laughed and asked"really?" Because my car is full leather, appearance package, premium entertainment package, premium sound, heated seats, DVD, remote start, etc... His response was to say he missed all that. He didn't offer to correct his appraisal and said he would call around to his buyers and asked us to wait. Now I'm watching close because I knew he was trying to pull something. No one called around and he acted offended for being corrected. We ended up leaving after waiting 30-45 minutes and asking them to call us when they were ready to do things correctly. In the past we had trusted Gunn and their no haggle approach but, after all this how could you trust them?. This took place Saturday at around noon. More

He is definitely not your typical pushy, high pressure dealer that I've dealt w/at other dealerships that caused me to take my business elsewhere. I told him exactly what I was looking for & he NEVER tried to pressure me to change my mind into something different when they didn't have the exact car/color/style the 1st time I went in. He kept in touch w/me for about 2 months going above & beyond searching for exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend him! More

Steering wheel squeak in morning, bought to dealership,paid $139 check up, I was told need to fix wheel I bought a toyota camry with 3 years warranty. Steering wheel squeak in morning, bought to dealership,paid $139 check up, I was told need to fix wheel and brakes for $1100. I went to Red Mc Combs and they says it need lubricant and fix it for free. Please do not buy the extended warranty, and have a second opinion.=do not trust them period. More
