I would recomend their service department for Nissan vehicles over most of the other Nissan I am rating Gunn Nissan based on their service department. I would recomend their service department for Nissan vehicles over most of the other Nissan dealerships in the area (the ones I've been to myself: at least 2-3 other ones.) The folks at Gunn Nissan's servidce department are helpful and aware of my vehicle's service needs and recommends the proper service whenever I am there. Also, their service department has always instilled confidence that they will do the maintenance and repairs right the first time ... which I cannot say for any other Nissan dealership around San Antonio I have been to (at least 2–3). I went in for an oil change and some preventative maintenance. They got me out in a little over an hour. A woman came by to every waiting customer to see if anyone wanted updates on their vehicles. They have a great coffee machine, huge TV & areas to charge your cell phones so the wait is preferable to most other places. I'm extremely impatient, but it's a pain-free experience whenever I get service done. More
