The service department always leaves me disappointed #1 disappointment the service agent did not follow through with updating my file with his confirmation of the issue with my car, #2 even though I had #1 disappointment the service agent did not follow through with updating my file with his confirmation of the issue with my car, #2 even though I had an appointment it took then two hours to see my car to state they could not replicate the issue with my locks, #3 after seeing my anger they agreed to replace the motor for the locks however they need to order the part and I just return another day. More

This is the second they’ve forgotten to put my oil change reminder sticker and they told me they had washed my car but it was still as dirty as it was when I brought it in! More

This was my first experience with a dealership since 2000 I inquired about a vehicle I saw online. Super quick to reply back to me. We made an appointment to see the vehicle.
