Bad experience in service with Ralph and service Overall at first service was great then towards the end everything just flipped upside down with our service advisor Ralph. We had a vehicle go in wit Overall at first service was great then towards the end everything just flipped upside down with our service advisor Ralph. We had a vehicle go in with major transmission service repair and had extended warranty so extended warranty took care of the bill and Ralph was our service advisor. There’s a hidden section in the extended warranty that states they do not take care of taxes or fluids so upon speaking to Ralph we agreed that we will pay for it. About a week later our transmission was repaired and we got a call from Ralph stating it was ready but we needed to replace the battery because it was not holding charge, so I sent my mother into pick up the vehicle and I completely forgot about the extra charge on taxes and fluid so she ended up paying for it. I wanted to take care of the bill over the phone with my card and Ralph if he can do me a favor and reimburse my mother and take a credit card over the phone for me because I am responsible for the vehicle. His whole customer service attitude changed at that point the gentleman got very distraught And said that he cannot do it. I actually asked to speak to somebody else to see if it could be done looks like Ralph just didn’t want to deal with the hassle he told me it’s gonna take a while I told him it’s fine, then my mother heard him in the background complaining to other employees on what we wanted to do as far is she getting her money back and how I wanted to take care of the bill my credit card over the phone. I never thought it would be a big deal, Ralph just didn’t want to deal with the hassle, at this point he got very rude and inconvenienced so then I asked to speak to a service director and it took a while to get a service director to help me out.The service advisor ended up speaking to me and he ended up taking care of whatever he had to take care of. When we received our vehicle the hood was out of place and didn’t seem to close all the way which was not like that before Gunn Nissan worked on it. Spoke to the service director and he said he couldn’t take care of it and after all the frustration we’ve been through we told him we just wanted our car back and going to speak to a general manager on this situation I’m just not getting any help from Gunn Nissan. We asked the receptionist and was told GM was in a meeting and still haven’t spoken to him. Upon driving my vehicle and replacing the battery which Ralph said it needed there was more issues involved so we had to take the vehicle in again for other issues not checked by their services. We were not offered a loaner vehicle or anything else I hope this review helps other consumers before taking your vehicle into Gunn Nissan try to avoid Ralph definitely. More

oil change with 1 warranty issue for repair Arrived in time for oil change appt, advised intake person that I needed oil change and that the window tint on back passenger door was bubbling. Rece Arrived in time for oil change appt, advised intake person that I needed oil change and that the window tint on back passenger door was bubbling. Received call once work was done (11:38am) but needed shuttle service to get back , shuttle arrived 3:30pm. Oil change was done and front driver tint replaced not the rear passenger. I was told I had the wrong window, so we walked to car to see the window initially to repair... yep there are bubbles. Tint tech obviously gone. Had to leave vehicle so it could be squeezed into next schedule. Why did no one call to say they did not find bubbles in rear passenger window, why did I get to ride around in a shuttle for over an hour in my work day afternoon? The service provider tried to make light of the situation. After holiday passed I called at 10 am to find out when my car tint repair would be complete. Received a call an hour later it was done. Window looks good . Sure wish the free car wash would of occurred though prior to seeing the tint tech. More
Car Maintenance I always have a great experience when I go to Nissan to get my oil change. However the wait is a bit too long, but it's definately worth the wait. They have a snack bar in case you want to drink or snack while you wait. The sitting area is very comfortable that makes you feel like you are at home watching TV. Time goes by so fast! Dont miss the chance to make a new friend while you wait, stay off you phone ppl and make a connection while you wait. More
Oil Change Coupon I went for an oil change but I have a coupon that I won for a free oil change. The lady that welcome me told me that I need to pay 45.00 for the diffe I went for an oil change but I have a coupon that I won for a free oil change. The lady that welcome me told me that I need to pay 45.00 for the difference because I want a Fullu Synthetic I told her to go ahead. Then, when I went to pay they were charging me 54.00, the total for a oil change will be 99.00, never in my 30 years changing oil a dealer charged my over 70.00. I called Ansira and they quoted me 65.00 for the same vehicle and oul 5w30. This service is over price. The service manager needs to update the prices and be more competitive. More
