Review for Gullo Mazda – January Experience I went to Gullo Mazda in January because I was told there would be great financing deals if I refinanced my car early. At the time, I had made several overpayments on my vehicle because I was working hard, going to school, and pregnant. My goal was to make sure I had enough money saved for maternity leave while still keeping up with my car payments. When I arrived, they did not offer me any incentives or a competitive interest rate. Instead, they gave me a terrible interest rate and Logan assured me that I would receive the money back from my overpayments so I could apply it toward my new payments. That never happened. Both Logan and the finance manager promised I would get my overpayment refunded, but it never came through. I still had to put money down, which makes no sense considering they told me the overpayments would cover it. It honestly feels like they took my money and lied to me, and this happened while I was pregnant — which makes it even more upsetting. To make matters worse, they removed my mother’s name from the lease even after telling me she didn’t need to do anything, which is against the law. And when I reached out for help, management did nothing to resolve the issue or support me in any way. Buyer beware. I will never purchase a vehicle from Gullo Mazda again, and I strongly recommend being cautious if you’re considering buying or refinancing here. More
They don’t know how to treat a cash customer. Had an appointment booked at 3:00 and wasn’t seen until after 5:00. I am a repeat customer at Gullo and sorry to say the customer service has really gone down hill. I am very disappointed in the service I received this time around. More
I was purchasing from out of state, so I took some risk driving down. They had the best price out of the 10 dealerships that had the make/model/transmission/trim/colors I wanted. They worked with me almost entirely over email to get an out-the-door quote, and that's what I was charged when I got there. I asked them to get me out the door in 2.5 hours (no financing), and they were just barely able to do that. It was a good experience. More

Love doing business here. Salespeople are straightforward with none of the expected slime techniques I've repeatedly found at other dealers. Service is very good; more than once I've brought my car in that other Mazda dealers have failed to repair and their repair crew nails the problem and fixes it. Services prices are reasonable and their techs are straightforward. Prices are pretty competitive for new cars; do your comparison shopping and walk in as an informed consumer and you'll do fine here. More
I just had an wonderful experience today. I wasn't really planning on purchasing a vehicle today. My plan was to go out of town to a dealership who offered me a good deal on a new Mazda CX 5 until met this awesome sales guy. His name is Phillip Brown. Told him of my plan, but I ask him if He can beat this offer, we can do business. We workout some numbers and a deal was made. Not pushy at all, made us feel comfortable the whole process, and took time to explain to us some features of the vehicle. If you are looking for a new car, go to Gullo Mazda and look for Phillip Brown and walk out the dealership happy with your new car. More
