Gullo Ford made buying a car a pleasant experience. The salesperson, Dolores was excellent to work with. I will certainly continue to rely on Gullo for my automobile needs in the future. She made me feel comfortable on my test drive, and went out of her way to accommodate my schedule during the buying process. To walk in and out of a dealership, not only quickly, but satisfied is a huge blessing in itself. I love everything about my new f150, and I am so grateful for the help of Shawntae! More

As a long time Ford girl owning 7 Fords to date, it is sad to report such an awful experience with a dealer service that I am now looking to buy a different make of vehicle and referring people away from sad to report such an awful experience with a dealer service that I am now looking to buy a different make of vehicle and referring people away from Gullo Ford. Gullo Ford of Conroe installed new brake pads and rotos. Upon completion, there was severe vibration through the steering wheel (did they even do a post install test drive?). I brought it back to them to fix. They did not replace the rotors under warranty; instead they said that they machined the new rotors (which can only be done once in the life of rotors, so may shorten the life of the new rotors), but the severe vibration was still there (again, did they test drive it, or think I wouldn’t call them out?). I had no confidence Gullo would get it fixed right the 3rd time, so I brought it to a dealer service in another state that was trustworthy. That dealer found that the rotors were warped and said that Gullo should have replaced the rotors under warranty when I returned the vehicle. That dealer also identified that there was no evidence that Gullo had machined the rotors as was stated on the receipt from the return visit, which would be fraud. That dealer called Gullo to ask if they would cover the cost of repairs (it took 5 phone calls for the Gullo Service Manager to accept the call through the receptionist); Gullo admitted they should have replaced the warped rotors they installed, but refused to cover the costs of repair. So after paying >$1200 for the brakes initially, I had to pay $500 to have the new rotors machined. Gullo Ford has ruined my Ford fandom. And it is disappointing that Ford corporation is not managing the quality of service at its dealers. More
Buying a new F-150 for my 18-year-old at Gullo Ford was a rollercoaster—but thanks to Aaron Robertson, it ended exactly where I needed it to. I came in for Ford’s national lease promo with specific numbers i rollercoaster—but thanks to Aaron Robertson, it ended exactly where I needed it to. I came in for Ford’s national lease promo with specific numbers in mind (monthly payment, deposit, term, and mileage), and Aaron immediately understood my goals and got to work. As is typical with many dealerships, once the deal moved from Aaron’s desk to the sales manager and F&I, the “based on a specific MSRP” fine print and other back-and-forth started to cloud what should have been a straightforward promo. It felt like the familiar smoke-and-mirrors phase where the numbers begin to shift. This is where Aaron really stood out: he fought for my deal, kept the conversation anchored to the national program, and pushed internally until the final paperwork matched exactly what I expected—no surprises on payment, drive-off, term, or mileage. Aaron was professional, transparent, and incredibly persistent. He balanced my objectives with the store’s minimum targets without losing sight of what I asked for. In a dealership environment that doesn’t always put the customer first, Aaron was the clear exception and the reason I drove off in the right truck at the right price. If you’re shopping at Gullo Ford, ask for Aaron Robertson—he’s the advocate you want on your side. More
