I love my 2022 Dodge Durango, but the customer service is horrible. I purchased my vehicle in December 2022 and have been trying to get my second key from the dealership still. Beware, beware, beware! I test drove and purchesed a used 2016 Kia Cadenza on 08/17/23. The vehicle's odometer had just over 70,000 miles. Today is 09/20/23 and the odome I test drove and purchesed a used 2016 Kia Cadenza on 08/17/23. The vehicle's odometer had just over 70,000 miles. Today is 09/20/23 and the odometer has not reached 72,000 miles. This car is dealership-financed and because I was not financially able to include a 2-year warranty, I was given a 2-month warranty. I was told by the floor manager/sales person (GHT) the car was put through their 126 point inspection. In the short time I have had this vehicle, I personally have had to buy radiator fluid twice to fill up the car. Whenever I run the air conditioner (on the lowest setting), every 3 days the reservoir is dry and the you can't see fluid in the radiator. I have taken this car back to the store and the service department has said they don't find any problems, including no leaks in hoses. You can actually see where fluid has leaked on the ground and I'm not talking about normal condensation. When my warranty runs out, I will be stuck trying to pay someone credible to fix my car and this is going to be a major problem. Mind you, I haven't had the car two full months yet and already I'm having problems. You would think that a 126-point inspection would have picked up on the problem. Where is the fluid going so fast? In the engine? I am VERY dissatisfied and disgusted. I seriously doubt that I will recommend this business to anyone in the future, unless this the issue is rectified soon. More
I am unsure how they have before star rating. When I went back to sign the papers I was told my credit rating dropped overnight and I was told I couldn't buy the car I just put $40 worth of gas in it and then just paid for the insurance on it so I was left with no car no money for insurance and it was very humiliating I think it was unprofessional for them to say I was approved and then come back and say I wasn't who get takes a down payment from someone who's not approved and tell them to get the insurance they're taking the car who does that this dealership is not a good place at all and Jr the salesman I had was very unimpressive as he's the one that said I was approved and tell me that the finance guy had to leave on an emergency but that it was my car I was approved and just come back and sign the papers so all they did was lie to me and waste my time very impressional More
I have my car there to be repaired as of today, and each time I've called, the service manger Desseray hung up in my face in conversation. When Ron, the GM was informed by me, he told me he'll get back wit time I've called, the service manger Desseray hung up in my face in conversation. When Ron, the GM was informed by me, he told me he'll get back with me, but never did. So, my husband went up there 2 hours later and the receptionist said that Ron was on lunch, that was at 2:45. My husband left there at 3:45 without speaking with Ron or any manger. Ron was still on lunch? As of right now, no one has called to follow up, and my car has been there since 3/14/23. The people in the service department are rude and very UNPROFESSIONAL!! I will NEVER do business with this dealership again. When you ask to speak to a manger, they say that they all are mangers, or they will send you to a voice-mail. I've bought my last car from them, and this will be the last time I EVER do business with Gulfgate Dodge. More

First time they said computer had to be replaced with their cost going to be well over $7000, then next day they said it only needed an update. It's the same problem over and over. All the computer. They had my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit for 2 weeks last time and the day we picked it up....still same thing. We were not provided a rental. Now they've had it since Monday and supposedly can't find anything wrong. It's obvious it's the computer. I'm livid and I guess I will have to get an attorney involved! More
I would highly recommend Gulfgate Dodge Services department. I live in Las Vegas, NV my grandson a college student in Houston had issues with his Jeep. I was very worried about this situation until I spoke with Ron G. in the services department... His professionalisms, knowledge of his job and his reassurance eased my worries and concerns. He kept me in the loop each day and he worked very closely with the warranty company... He's an employee that cares about customers and is definitely a keeper. Once again thank you!!! More
I took my truck for a diagnosis on 6/13/22 due to a check engine light and clicking noise. Johnny called me 6/15/22 to let me know about the tailgate latch recall and will be fixed for free, but techs couldn engine light and clicking noise. Johnny called me on 6/22/22 that my truck had a severe oil leak, but the Warranty company still wanted an extensive diagnosis, which would take another few days. Johnny called me 6/23/22 that the warranty company approved the oil leak, but still NOT certain if that is making the clicking noise, and would let me know when the oil leak is fixed. I spoke to Dalton in Service on 7/6/22 and system was showing Tech waiting on approval, but truck will be ready no later than 7/8/22. I received a voicemail from Johnny on 7/7/22 and 7/8/22 that my truck was ready for pick up. I went to the dealership to pick up my truck on 7/8/22, but Patsy said the name in their system and paperwork didn't have my name on it, so she couldn't release my truck to me. My truck is registered under my name and the warranty is under my name, so why their system was showing something different is beyond me. Luis the "manager" got involved and now he's telling me that he's not releasing my truck to me because the warranty company has not paid their share. I called the warranty company on 7/11/22 and they barely received the claim on 7/9/22 and now just waiting on someone from the dealership to call them for payment over the phone. I'm now waiting for a call back! This has been so frustrating and the worst customer service ever! More
