We felt no pressure to buy and did not experience any of the "what will it take to get you in this car today?" sales hassle that is practiced at other dealerships. He worked to get us a lower price and a higher trade-in for our old car. After we purchased the car, he spent at least an hour demonstrating in detail how to use the electronics and even synched up both of our i-phones to the blue tooth system. He went to the parts department and ordered all of the accessories we needed and introduced us to the other staff. We have never had such a pleasant car buying experience and did not suffer buyers remorse. We absolutely love our new Murano. More

He got me hands down the best price. He made the process so easy even with my limitations. I was able to walk onto the lot test drive the car and an hour later drive off. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars he had to sell. He answered all of my questions with ease and professionalism.
