Was looking for a smaller truck that would get better fuel economy than my 2007 Ford Crew Cab and Cory put me in the 2012 Nissan Frontier which is getting much better gas mileage! I am very pleased to have dealt with Mr. John Jaso. The evening of the purchase I had called him inquiring about the Toyota Tundra he sold me. It was almost time for gulf coast to close but John stayed there to make the sale and didn't try to rush me or anything. Two thumbs up for that. In just 10 minutes of being there, i was already comfortable versus getting haggled at Champion Toyota for over an hour. Anyhow, John got me a great deal for what i was wanting and you guys had the truck there (which Champion did not). I will be more than happy to purchase another vehicle from gulf coast when time comes. Thanks again and thanks to John for being very helpful. More

After doing some research, we were interested in a Nissan Murano. I once owned an Infiniti (a Nissan vehicle) and felt comfortable with the Nisaan brand an reputation. The main driver for selecting this dealership was location to my home, just a few miutes away and I did not want take any new vehicle a large distance for maintenance and dealer support. I had already bought one vehicle at the Gulf Coast dealerships, an F-150, and my experience with Gulf Coast has been positive. Brandon Morgan was our sales representaive and was very helpful with our selection and answered all of my question about the Murano model. This was important since this was our 1st look at this model. They had a vehicle on the lot, a Platinum model that had all the features we wanted. I was very particular on what I expected for my trade-in and what we were wanting to ultimately invest in the new car. Brandon was very helpful and our purchase and purchase price were right on,and we appreciate his assistance in the process. We were driving out of the lot within an hour and a half and since the purchase we had the vehicle returned for its initial oil change. Overall, a very good experience and my wife is very happy about her new Murano. Thanks again Brandon! More
When I purchased my vehicle I received the paper tag on it. The expiration date of the tag came and went. I spoke with the sales manager and specifically asked him to hold the tag for me and I would pick it. The expiration date of the tag came and went. I spoke with the sales manager and specifically asked him to hold the tag for me and I would pick it up. When I heard nothing from him, I called and was told that the business office mailed the tag. I waited two weeks, still no tag and no word from the dealership. I went in for an oil change and asked again about my tag. One of the salespeople (not my original one) said that he would personally look into my tag and call me first thing the next Monday morning. Of course, no call. Finally on Tuesday I called the business office and again asked about my tag. (I've now owned the vehicle for two and a half months.) The business office informed me that they actually never mailed the tag to me; in fact they never even sent off for it in the first place. They told me that they had an expedited request in for the tag and everything should be settled in 24 hours. That was two days ago. Still no word from the dealer and no tag. Initially my experience with this dealership was very positive. It has very quickly deteriorated. More

Let me start out by saying that I have purchased new cars previously and have also dealt with car salesmen before--most of whom fit the typical "Car Salesman" profile. I even had a guy one time loose my car previously and have also dealt with car salesmen before--most of whom fit the typical "Car Salesman" profile. I even had a guy one time loose my car keys intentionally because he was angry that we did not want to take the car he was trying to push off on us. I love filling out customer service surveys because I believe whatever you are doing--it should be whole-souled and the absolute best you can give. I also believe that largely in these times --that customer service is dead. I went to Gulf Coast Nissan in Angleton Texas to buy a new car. I test drove a Nissan Cube which we LOVED immediately after the test drive. Our sales associate Shane Sullivan was polite and customer service oriented--NOT creepy or hounding like some stereotypical car salesmen are. He did not use any stupid tactics or any idiocracies you can typically pick up a mile away when dealing with other car salesmen. There was no pressure--and again he was all about the customer. There were no hidden tactics-no shystery or shennanigans. Everything was explained up front and was forthright. It didn't feel like we were buying a car--more like we were dealing with friends. Shane is an excellent example of taking personal interest and being totally invested in the customer. The Sales Manager Johnny Niero was also very acommodating and friendly. Their communication skills were also excellent--our car had to be brought in from a different area and calls were made at the time promised to both my wife and mine's cell phones to ensure we were notified. The finance manager Ezzard Sam was also a real pleasure to deal with. In an age where customer service has largely gone by the wayside--it is awesome to see that there are still some that value it and champion its' principles these days. I cannot say enough good about this dealership and the values it instills in its' employees. I have been recommending it to others and will definately return to buy future cars my family needs. More
