Unbelievable Service I was dreading buying my wife and new car. But the time had come to bite the bullet. I was mentally preparing myself for a long day of haggling. We went in and David Lackey immediately relieved my worries by completely understanding our expanding family's needs and concerns. He found us the right car without a doubt! Then his teammate Joe Ricklefsen found us the right price! It's almost time for me to get a new vehicle and I know I'm taking my business to Gulf Coast! More

Was not hassle free. Pulled credit without authorization I've already left a review, actually more than one. The first was great, but then after finding out your team failed at getting me financed, then lied I've already left a review, actually more than one. The first was great, but then after finding out your team failed at getting me financed, then lied about getting me financed and allowed me to drive the car home under the impression that everything was fine and then had the nerve to contact my company and harass the employees instead of contacting me directly, my review definitely changed. Then your company decided to pull my credit AGAIN without my consent. This could turn into a legal battle and a call from the BBB if I decide to pursue that route, depending on if you hold your end of the agreement and have the inquiry removed from my credit report. I was told this would be resolved, but your manager can't even follow up with clients to check and make sure they held their agreement. (It's been 2 months now) Also, because of your companies incompetence, I had to take time out of my day to drive back to the dealership and resign paperwork again, and after asking for another temporary license plate, I was told to let it expire and then ask. This risked me getting a citation while showing clients around Houston. Still have yet to receive a follow up call from your manager...so do you really think you would like a customer as disappointed and dissatisfied like myself to leave ANOTHER review of your terrible customer service and fraudulent credit check? I would be more than happy to spread the word. More

I also was told just 5 minutes and everything would be in order well the 5 times I was told 5 minutes kept being a hour and a half each time and after a couple of hours of standing and sitting I ask salesman to ask fiance manager what was going on he replied I can't bother him he will yell at me not a good response to a customer. Then I finally got my own financing through a credit union and the invoice and buyer agreement never was faxed to credit union. Final and last thing is never got a decent trade in value was way below book value after all why expect truth I was dealing with salesmen or cons? Waste of time I have choosen another Nissan dealership and things are going smooth. I guess you cant let one bad experience ruin a car buying experience I know I will never return there again. More
