Disappointed I have purchased several vehicles for myself and family members from Gulf Coast. We are a Ford family and always go to Gulf Coast for vehicle purchase I have purchased several vehicles for myself and family members from Gulf Coast. We are a Ford family and always go to Gulf Coast for vehicle purchases. Unfortunately they just couldn't or wouldn't do it for us this time. I was in the market for a new pick up and I really wasn't interested in a fully decked out XLT or a 4 door for that matter. I had several print outs of the exact XL 150 I wanted with prices from around the state. However, when I approached the sales man about the truck I wanted they just were not interested in making the deal. They said they couldn't get the options listed for the price I was quoted by other dealerships. At one point I was actually encouraged to "Go buy it from them then." Wow, I never saw that coming and I took their advice. I bought the exact truck I wanted...somewhere else. Sorry Gulf Coast I tried to be loyal, but you just didn't want my business bad enough. More

Had not used service at Gulf Coast Ford in about a year, feeling pretty unwelcomed hete this morning. Waiting at entrance gate at 7 am but not opened till 7:30 but told by person that cars are not serviced feeling pretty unwelcomed hete this morning. Waiting at entrance gate at 7 am but not opened till 7:30 but told by person that cars are not serviced without an appointment or if there is an unscheduled slot. I am the first person in line, this new policy was not communicated to me and it's a surprise to me. Person taking my keys doesn't show any concern about not scheduling my vehicle. Yaklin next time? More
