Second review after new car buying experiance This is the third review sent at request of Ford. My first was right after purchasing my new F150 at the end of December. In that review I stated that Sean Watson was my salesman and that he was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional and that I would recommend him to others. I went on to say that the vehicle had been driven by the dealership and was dirty on the inside having trash, breakfast cereal spilled on back floor under seats, something had been spilled on front and rear seating, tape on rear windows, etc. as well as some blemishes on out side on body. The truck had been to make ready prior to purchase. The dealership was to have a spray in bedliner installed. I brought the truck back to the dealership for the bedliner a few days later and the truck was to be cleaned at that time. When my wife picked up the vehicle it had not been cleaned. Some of the blemishes had been addressed but that was it. Not even touched on the inside. At that point the dealership make ready had had three opportunities to clean the vehicle. I needed the vehicle for extended trips and at that point gave up on the dealership. In my first two reviews I stated that I felt this reflected on the dealership, not on my salesman Sean Watson. I have never purchased a vehicle anywhere that had not be cleaned and detailed to the max. Until I bought this vehicle. I am not sure I would give this dealership make ready another opportunity. Ford sent me an email asking if the dealership had responded to my reviews and was I satisfied. I replied no they had not and I was not. I received no reply. This form requires that I select certain boxes to submit I selected NO on recommend dealership because there was not a box that says "that depends". On quality of work and customer service ratings, those reflect on items stated above, not on my salesman. More
