I'm from Louisiana and drove 4 hours to buy my vehicle from Gulf Coast Ford because Gordon was upfront and honest with me right from our Coast Ford. I located the truck I bought through Cars.com, sent in an inquiry about it and received something back in less than 10 minutes. I explained to Gordon that I had a trade and he gave me a ball park value of what my trade was worth to make sure we could make the deal happen. Gordon assured me that we would make it work so my family and I headed out on a Saturday morning arriving there a little after lunchtime. We were greeted very kindly and the transaction went very smoothly.Gordon had everything in place and ready to go. I dealt with a gentleman named Steve for the financial side of it and that went very smooth also. Everything I experienced about the sale was great! Super easy to get through the paperwork and there was very little back and forth. I had looked at trucks in multiple dealers in the Houston area. I then checked locally as I would rather support out local businesses but I honestly did not feel they would be able to compete. They were able to do so, not a lot of pressure, really no pressure. They worked to either find what I wanted or would have worked to build one to my specifications. John actually found one, worked a good deal on the new purchase and the trade in.
