I've tried to get the car fixed three different times and they kept telling me no that they sent me on my way. And I feel that is so very dishonest to sell somebody a car with that many problems then they said there was no aftermarket parts on this contract and the windshield is aftermarket windshield so they lied to me there then I put it in for service and the sales rep George Downs said he tested the car and didn't feel like there was nothing wrong I took it to the Audi dealer for a recall and they told me the right front there was bad bushings and I told George that it should have never passed inspection

I called the lender they advised me to return the car before I made one payment my payment didn't do until the 14th but the car's got about $4,000 worth of repairs needs to be done to it they also sold me the car with two keys and one of the keys didn't even belong to the car so they lied there and they said that they weren't going to take care of the problem

Good morning this is Anthony Brown I had bought a 2017 Audi from your car lot and there was major problems with the car from the beginning I would like to discuss this matter with the owner I returned the car but I would like to make this problem right I came in mad because I have tried to get the car fixed since the day I bought it and the manager refused to even work with me one bit I love the car I just wanted it repaired it was a danger for me to drive I would like to come in and discuss this matter and resolved this problem my phone number is 979-393-1172 have a blessed day

The 2017 Audi I told George the second day I had it that there was a front end problem and he said bring it in next week when you get the windows tinted and I will put it in the shop and get this taken care of he never did put it in the shop he said he drove it and then he seemed like everything was fine well it progressively got worse I could not even let go of the steering wheel the manager told me it was a recall and that's why the dash was giving me the the sensor warnings or all the warnings I took it to Audi to get the recall fixed and they said it was due to the fact that they put the wrong windshield in a remanufactured windshield and that the front right suspension was bad and your manager says that Audi was a gold digger and he is not going to fix the problem well it was a danger I could not even let go of my steering wheel and I informed George the second day third day a week later anyway I got upset and I apologize because that's a lot of money I would like to make this right please and thank you

And my car paint my first car payment wasn't even due till February 14th if we can work something out you can fix my car or put me in a safer car I would be more than glad to complete this I would like to make this right have a blessed day
