Fair and transparent pricing. Prompt and comprehensive communication every step of the way over email, which is very rare even from local dealerships one has visited in person. We asked many questions about the condition, service and ownership history of the car and received immediate, truthful answers that we later verified. We asked about extended service contracts, but there was no push to upsell anything. We asked for a Carfax, which they did not have, so purchased ourselves, but they did provide one of their own before the sale was concluded. They took it upon themselves to clean and service the car (oil change etc.) and had it carefully loaded and shipped on the carrier of our choice. Chuck was super helpful and kept us informed at all times. Cannot say enough good things about this dealership. We hope they live long and prosper. More
