When dropping off our vehicle we described what we knew could be the issue to the service agent but were advised that the issue was completely different. The car was repaired with what the service advisors could be the issue to the service agent but were advised that the issue was completely different. The car was repaired with what the service advisors requested and when done, the issue was still the same. After dropping the car off again the issue was diagnosed and ended up being the issue we originally described and the one we mentioned we thought would be the problem. A part and service that could have been avoided was fixed and now a second repair with a new cost is being thrown at us. If the service advisor had listened and communicated our issue correctly to the technician, the problem could have been fixed the first time without adding additional cost. More
