On going problem with check engine light for months now. Can't smog truck because of the fault, truck still under warranty. Brought my car to replace my brakes, and after the supposed repair, my brakes didn't feel right. I brought this issue to the service advisor's attention. Advisor stated that they would replace my bra supposed repair, my brakes didn't feel right. I brought this issue to the service advisor's attention. Advisor stated that they would replace my brakes again "for customer satisfaction." Unfortunately, however, the same issues continued to happen. I brought the car back again and was told they didn't know what was causing the issue and returned my car to me without fixing the issue (car shook very badly when I used the brakes). Today, I took my car to an i dependent mechanic and was informed that the dealership service never changed my rotors when they replaced my brakes!! Also, last Friday I called the Advisor because my tire sensor had turned on even though my tires weren't low. The advisor did not pick up my call and despite leaving a message, no Advisor has returned my call in over a week. I am very disappointed by the lack of professionalism this dealership service center has demonstrated and feel like I paid for a service that was not fully or properly performed. More
