I really did enjoy my experience. Everyone was nice and Casey got the deal done for me and I am extremely pleased with my car. I only knock down a star because they sent me home with the wrong electric level 1 charger. I brought it to their attention and wasn't offered any chance to rectify it. The charger only costs ~$100, so not the end of the world. It just would of felt nice to have an offer of some kind to fix it. Also, I really wanted to ship the car delivery rather than having to fly down, pick it up and drive it back. The dealership definitely did not want to cooperate with that. Casey's manager was very pushy about saying if I didn't pick it up within days then they would sell it to whoever they wanted. So while the experience was very positive overall, they could of gone just one step further to earn that extra star. More
