The sale and delivery went smooth and easy. Upon receiving the vehicle I noticed the air vent adjusters were broke, the drive mode dial wasn’t working and a button on the steering wheel wasn’t Upon receiving the vehicle I noticed the air vent adjusters were broke, the drive mode dial wasn’t working and a button on the steering wheel wasn’t working. No one informed me of this. After taking it for a drive there was a noticeable vibration at highway speeds indicating it needing a possible wheel balance. Tried to get the wheels balance but the shop wouldn’t touch them because the front two tires had no tread left. Also y’all never did and oil change on the vehicle that says it’s due in 1k miles. I was charged a 1899 dealer prep fee which I was told covered any possible maintenance that needed to be done to the vehicle, but clearly no maintenance was completed. More
