Absolutely the most unethical practices I've ever experienced. I live out of town, was in negotiation with the sales team, specifically Mo and Jacob for a used Volvo. They first lied to me about the experienced. I live out of town, was in negotiation with the sales team, specifically Mo and Jacob for a used Volvo. They first lied to me about the history of the vehicle stating it was located in Texas by all previous owners. Then I learned it had been registered in both Colorado and Wyoming. After that I STILL submitted a credit app to secure financing. I was told by the salesman that ethically they were committed to selling it to me even though there was other interest since I'd submitted a credit app.THEY DID A HARD CREDIT PULL, (BTW I have excellent credit and qualify for financing), then sold it to the other customer. They told me he had cash and an appointment, although I was already in the process of purchasing it. Now I'm left to look for a new vehicle with a ding to my credit. Also, one more thing to point out. They have almost 2K in hidden fees. More
